Doolin is one of the most picturesque locations in Ireland – situated near the Cliffs of Moher, beautiful sandy beaches, medieval castles and the rocky outcrop of The Burren – Doolin has stood as the most idyllic backdrop to thousands of love stories. Our property, Doolin Inn, is centrally located in the heart of the village, just a few minutes drive from the Cliffs of Moher, making it the ideal elopement escape if you’re looking for somewhere to stay and prepare for your big day. The inn is also just under an hour’s drive from Shannon airport which serves as the main airport for the region, with incoming flights from North America, Canada and Europe.
Important: If your stay is related to a wedding or elopement, you must contact our Reservations Team prior to booking. Standard accommodation bookings cannot be used for wedding or elopement stays.
Booking your stay at Doolin Inn
At Doolin Inn, all weddings and elopements must be booked as part of our official Elopement Package and are subject to prior approval by our Reservations Team.
To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we only accommodate one wedding or elopement couple per day. For this reason, all wedding and elopement stays must be reviewed and approved in advance before confirmation.
Couples are required to clearly declare if the purpose of their stay is for a wedding, elopement, vow renewal, or ceremony-related celebration at the time of booking.
Please note:
- Wedding and elopement stays cannot be booked as standard accommodation reservations.
- Any unannounced wedding or elopement bookings identified before or during the stay will automatically incur the applicable Elopement Package rate.
- Approval must be received from the Doolin Inn Reservations Team prior to final confirmation.
- This policy applies regardless of ceremony size, including private ceremonies, vow renewals, symbolic ceremonies, and “just the couple” elopements.

Elopement Packages Doolin
Our Doolin Elopement Package includes:
- 2 nights B&B in a Deluxe Double Twin room
- An arrival amenity in your room – A Burren Tasting Plate featuring local cheeses, fresh fruit, condiments & crackers, paired with a half bottle of house wine
- Private use of the Guest Lounge on the morning of the wedding to get ready. (For the use of registered in-house guests)
- Mid morning Tea, Coffee, Scones, Pastries and a Bottle of Champagne in the lounge.
- Complimentary use of the Doolin Inn common areas and grounds for videography and photography.
The price for the above is €890.00 total
If you wish to upgrade to The Burrow or other suites there is a surcharge.
+ €100 for a Townhouse Junior Suite
+ €200 for a Courtyard Suite
+ €300 for The Burrow
Surcharge is for the two nights.
To note, we do not coordinate weddings but we’re happy to point you in the direction of people who do.
