  • Yoga classes: vinyasa flow, gentle, restorative and yin – minimum for 4 people, option to do session outdoors.
  • Fun style yoga session: partner poses, team games and challenges – minimum of 4 people.
  • Life coaching 1 to 1
  • Group coaching – 1 hour session
  • Guided hike and optional pier jump – 1/2 hours
  • Guided Cliffs of Moher walk

Public wellness activities:
