Anam Coffee holds that every coffee is inherently unique. The roastery’s team tailors each roast to the individual characteristics of the bean—considering varietal, altitude, and processing method—to bring out its fullest potential. By sourcing the finest green beans from around the world and bringing them to a small, dedicated facility in The Burren, Anam Coffee maintains a hands-on approach that honors the distinctiveness of each origin. At their purpose-built facility between the villages of Carron and Kilfenora, Anam Coffee roasts exclusively by hand in small batches on a custom Giesen roaster from Holland.
